Art Educator Summer Institute
  
On July 28-August 1, the Department of Art and Art History is hosting the 2nd annual Art Educator Summer Institute. Nationally recognized portrait artist Vilas Tonape will be leading a pastel portrait drawing workshop, teaching participants how to create portraits in the classical tradition. Vilas is a dynamic and engaging educator, and he provides instruction based on the needs and interests of the participants. This event provides educators with 20 CPE credits. Total enrollment in the workshop is limited to 32 participants and the registration deadline is July 1st.

The APSI is a professional development conference offering continuing education credits in Art History, Studio Art Pre-AP, Studio Art, and Studio Art 2-D Digital on the TCU Campus.
